HOW IT WORKS
It all starts with a conversation. Drop us a line, tell us what kind of event you have in mind. We will then ask you a few questions, find out your tastes, and before you know it, we will have created the perfect menu together for your event.
On the day, everything is prepared and cooked in your kitchen, and we will arrive several hours before service to begin our work. We will bring all of the cookware, plates, and cutlery for the event. Your kitchen just needs to supply a little heat and space for us to plate. Usually, by the time you are finishing dessert, we are cleaned down, packed up, and your kitchen is polished and sparkling as if nothing ever happened.
